Returns

To initiate a return, please email me at art @ kellascampbell.com within 21 days of receiving it and include the following information:
-Your name
-The title of the piece
-The date of purchase
-The reason for requesting a return
-If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.

I will provide a paid shipping label for you to return the piece. Please return it in the original packaging if possible.

Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please email me with any questions or concerns."

Shipping

For expedited shipping, please select the appropriate option at check-out. When ordering multiple quantities of some products, there may be a small fee for the second item.

Packaging

Prints will be either packaged securely between two MDF boards or, if large enough, sent in a sturdy tube. Posters will always be sent in a tube. Other types of purchases will be packaged securely in boxes.
